For walk in clinic, wait in line to use the registry terminal. You might be standing outside a while. Complete form on registry terminal and take a number if it's there. Sit down and wait your turn. If you have to step outside for a second, ask if she'll call your cell phone. Don't ask how long it's going to be before you see the doctor. Don't ask to make an appointment. They are a small operation but they help so many so they have limited time. They are not taking new patients. If you think it's bad enough to require triage, go to the hospital. The order is decided by the registry terminal. I'm incredibly grateful they are there and both the care and service have been impeccable. I love everyone there. And as long as you're cool with all that you'll love them too.

I visited Priya medical center recently as I don't have a family doctor. Based on some stories of walk-in clinics and Canadian ER, I was initially skeptical of the time I would spend there. However, the check-in process was smooth and the wait times are reasonable within 2 to 3 hours. I met with Dr. Damodaran and he is very professional, efficient and knowledgeable. He patiently listened to all the concerns and gave short, but accurate feedback. Overall, I highly recommend Priya medical center especially if you don't have a family doctor.

They addressed all of my issues in 4 minutes. Unlike Appletree where you can only address 1 issue per appointment. The wait times aren’t long at all for a walk in. They also have a system where you sign in and then they call you when it’s your turn. Best clinic in Ottawa!
